My old cat is called Lady Peckinpaw and she is in the second picture, she had to stay with family when we moved away, but she is still our cat!!

Aww I'm loving all your pets. We had our doggy pts just over a year ago. I am desperate for another dog but my hubby is refusing point blank. He says wait till our boys are older... But I want one now

He is 5 months now and full of himself,too brave for his own good sometimes and doesn't know he is a little dog,but what a character.So clever,so funny and very affectionate he pratically talks (they dont make noises like dogs)to get onto my daughters lap and then snuggles right into her neck.
Our lab is a bitch and she mothers him and they get on really well but she is very easy going and submissive it wouldn't work if she was a dominant dog because there would definately be fights.He wants to play a lot and eat her food and always wants the toy the worst she ever does is tell him off vocally.

Are they prone to any health problems? Ive read they cant deal very well with extreme heat.

So far so good with him health wise but because they have been bred too much to breed standard they can be very bad,their noses can be too short so they can't breathe properly,they can't breed properly they often have to be artificially inseminated because the males can't get on the females and the females have to have caesarians and often will only have one or two in a litter.He was the only pup but his parents bred normally and the mum had him naturally.Hence they can also be very expensive which he was.
Just be careful and make sure you see mum and dad and get them vet checked yourself before you totally commit.
From a walking point of view he has bags of energy keeps up with Ruby our lab and coped really well in the summer we just kept an eye on him.Im actually surprised at how fast he can run and jump etc.
