Omg beautiful hers my Royal boy Mr Prince Harry!
I'm struggling to get rid of his tear stains though.... Any tips? Xx

When we had a cavie we found the best way to remove tear stains was to boil water and mix with salt and leave to cool then when lukewarm use a cotton pad and wipe. Worked a treat. Love Cavies they are fab little dogs but like so many other breeds they suffer from a lot of health problems due to very bad breeding. If any of you saw crafts last night then you will know what I mean by the poor poor German Shepherd dog.
Love dogs but now a cat person partly because they have far less health issues then dogs. Don't get me wrong they still do and you still get bad breeders but no where near as much as with dogs now.

I have 4 fur babies! 13 year old English lab, 15 year old golden English spaniel, 14.and half year old grey cat(rescue) and 10mt kitten (found in the garden or forest next to us)

Our vet told us the tear staining was often s sign of a food intolerance, most often wheat, we dropped standard treats/food as they are often full of it (they put cereal on the ingredients but it's usually wheat as its cheapest)!
And voila no more rusty coloured stains round eyes & mouth
Here's a pic of her before we omitted wheat
And the hat was just on for a minute lol, it's not hers
And now without wheat in her diet
So much better plus cured her slightly flaky skin on her back and all natural
Ok so not technically pets but my aunts 'babies'
I'm so shocked at myself, just watched my uncle help lamb one of the ewes, first bub came out very poorly so I went all country file and rubbed and swung him upside down until he started breathing. Absolutely disgusting but also kind of amazing!

My god that's amazing! And Harry has flaky skin too, maybe I should do this. We were recommended to do this before plain rice poultry and veg, but after 6 months nothing changed!
Can you recommend a brand of food? X

Their Exotic short hairs...brother and sister and from the same litter,look completely different though haha xxx

Me third. Was always a dog person never liked cats, my grandma's were the only ones that I tolerated then my mums oh bought a cat home and it was just pure love.
@mikala-nails I thought so but I'm still very new to cat breeds so trying to get my head round each breed. Mine are the standard moggies haha but I do love the look of the Devon rex and the singapura breeds.

I don't know much about cats either tbh..I didn't realise how loving they where until I got mine! I've had loads of trouble with Bella..she's had 1 op on her nose and 2 on her eye and she's only 2[emoji24]..thank god for insurance xx

There's other flavours, but all oat/rice based.
Tilly gets yeasty ears & underarms occasionally too which is slightly flaky/sore looking, after countless vet visits and £££ we solved it by feeding just meat, chicken etc no carbs (carbs convert to sugar and sugar feeds the yeast infection) and wiping the affected areas daily with apple cider vinegar diluted 1/3 with 2/3 water and it's better with no tablets/ear drops whatsoever
So if swapping to rice didn't help and if your dog has a biscuity smell it could be yeast. Sorry guys for tmi lol
We are going back to the burns oat kibble again tho as its good for their teeth

Sadly a lot of pertain types which the exotic short-hair is has nose and eye problems. Also they are prone to kidney disease so unless you know both parents are disease free you should get them tested. Your vets will do that or recommend somewhere that specialises.
I do like the look of the traditional Persian but I don't think you can get them in the UK only the modern Persian
