Has anyone else used these?? I have recently used their luxury hair and went to do maintenance on my client the other day and its really really knotty!! She's using all the correct aftercare etc and got her to take me through her daily routine all seemed fine! I was brushing a section then when I went through the same section it just seemed like it was all knotted again :-/. Also they are sliding out quite easily too. Any tip or ideas would be much appreciated guys xx
