Hi guys,
Has anyone else had any experience with making a complaint to SJK? I ordered some hair from them and quite frankly, it’s horrendous... I’ve emailed and had no response, can’t get anyone on the phone and I’ve even tweeted them and had no response. I’m positive the client is doing everything right as she’s a seasoned extension wearer. When I go and blowdry it for her it’s impoosible to brush, I’ve never experienced anything like it! I’ve taken some of the hair out as I will need to send it off to be tested but in the mean time I have to foot the bill for another set of extensions- and fit them for free - until I hear from SJK... I don’t know what to do!!
