hi i am looking for a good skin care line to introduce into the salon i am taking over,i want something that is not too high start up costs does not contain mineral oil,and that has great results i would really like your advise have been doing some reading on the forum eve taylor and environ seem to be popular any other recommendations

I am in the process of changing over from Eve Taylor to Environ because I wasn't getting the results I wanted from them.

Cost wise they are very similar but you need to decide what type of brand you want because they are very, very different to each other.

hi can you explain what you mean by not getting the results you were expecting,do you mean you could not see the difference in the clients skin,or the customer service of the company

I use two ranges, one organic and one very high tech. They're both fab, get great results and cover pretty much all of the market.
The organic one is called Spiezia - they can be contacted on
Mainline: 0870 850 8 851

Jo Lynes - Spa Development Co-ordinator - Direct: 01326 221797

Spiezia Organics Ltd - 'MADE FOR LIFE'

Spiezia Organics - 100% Organic Skincare and Bodycare

The high tech one is called SwissDermyl and they can be contacted on 01455 891785. Ask to speak to Julie or Andy.

I'd like to highly recommend Eve Taylor products to you...I've been using them for quite a while now and am introducing more products each time I order (which I can do as they have no minimum order) They also retail very well. good luck in all cases.

Eve Taylor is a lovely brand, but to be honest I lost faith in it's ability to produce really good results. I didn't feel confident in telling clients that I would be able to make a big difference to their skin concerns with this brand. Now I know that I hadn't attended their training, but I did buy their full salon package and was familiar with all the products, used them at home on myself too, and it just wasn't providing the 'WOW' factor that I want from a skincare brand. Perhaps I am just wanting too much but I do feel that I now have that in Environ.
