Slow computer/hotmail connectivity

gosh my computer has been s-----l-----o-----w this past 2 days.

If I send an email from hotmail it tells me that its having connectivity problems and its nothing to do with my computer.

I've even done a system restore repair which deletes temporary files to see if that helps but it hasn't.

Anyone else having problems this past 2 days?

Mine is too its ok on everywhere else but when i go into my hotmail it takes ages to do things and move from one place to another.I think they want everyone to start paying for it. Im sure providers do this with broadband every so often. slow it up so you pay for the next package up or is that me just being cynical .
