Hi,
I use a small, very stiff eyebrow-brush to swipe with. My Bio educator taught me this and it works great! I soak it in acetone once a week and other than that I dont have to clean it at all. It is also great to do glittertips with as its so stiff you can push the glitters that are "lost" in place again.
