Hi geeks!

So Iv just let a stylist in my salon go as it wasn't working out. She was self employed within my salon.

She is now doing mobile hair work and has created an Instagram account for this, but ALL of her content is taken within my salon when she worked there. We have quite a "statement" salon Wall so people in the area will recongnise it in the photos.

Is there anything I can do about this? As it isn't sitting right with me. But as she was self employed I don't know if I have a leg to stand on ...

Nothing you can do.
She was self employed, running her own business, so she is simply using pictures of HER WORK.
Your salon was also her business premises.
If you want to have more control, you have to employ people.
