Solicitors fees

Hi I'm on the verge of signing a new lease and I need to find a lawyer/solicitor before I sign it. I'm going to phone for quotes tomorrow but I have nothing to compare it to! Have any geeks recently gone through the same and could give me an indication or ballpark figure just so I know I'm not being ripped off. Thank you SS

Although I know it's not for everyone, I read it through, made sure I understood what I was doing and signed it. There were a couple of areas I didn't like and asked them to be changed, which they were, so I was happy!

Sorry it hasn't answered your question - I think I was quoted about £500!
