Hi

I've only ever used gelbond to do a full set of nails before now (l&p). I have got speedbond, and have never really used it except for odd repairs. I read on a recent thread that speedbond is the recommended adhesive for preformance tips, which are the ones I use. So, I did my own nails last night with performance tips and speedbond and I am converted!!!

one question though. does anyone have any tips on how to stop it becoming clogged up and fused like superglue?? I work tidily with it, but the nozzle seems to be full of dried speedbond when I come to use it next. Any ideas folks??

I always touch the end of the nozzle to a bit of paper towel roll and give just enough squeeze to expel any tiny droplets and let the paper soak it up, before I put it away. The tube should then be clear and just leave the bottle upright (no lid) just with the tube on the end.

The tube is extra long so you can trim it many times if you get stuck (no pun intended!!)

try a drop of solar oil on the end of it and it doesnt seem to clog
HTH
