Hi geeks,

I went to Sally's today to stock up on my wax etc....when I got home a whole entire pot of wax has leaked all over the boot of my fiancés beloved car. I don't think the lid was on properly as the lid was still in the bag and the wax was not.

I've cleaned it up best I can but I'm now left with that lovely sticky residue. His boot carpet is a suede like material and fitted to the car so it doesn't come out either.

Any ideas how I can get the rest of the sticky wax out, do you think was equipment cleaner will help?

Also would you complain to Sally's?!

Thanks x

equipment cleaner will help remove the stickness but it might damage the material try seeking advice from a specialist carpet/upholstery cleaner in your area

Oil! Anything in the kitchen cupboard? It may make the suede material though. I would rub a bit of oil on it then use a carpet cleaner then ring Sally's and let them know! May not help in this heat!!
