Spray Tan reaction advice required please

Hello,

I've just spray tanned a young lady and her whole body was fine as normal but the chest area was mottled. I didn't overspray and it looked like a skin reaction, if I can describe the appearance it was little white patches.

Any ideas why this would occur?

Did she have perfume on?

Maybe a barrier on that area if the rest was ok did u ask if she had moisturised on the day? could be perfume 2 but that may have turned the guide colour green x
