I trained last week with Sienna and have now done 4 tans. I'm having a bit of a problem getting arms right, down the inside of the arm there is too much of a defined line of tan then white.

I am using barrier cream on the elbow and a small amount down inside of the arm as was taught. The first 2 tans I did this worked a treat and arms were fine but my last 2 not so good. I'm not sure if it's the angle I am spraying at or the position my clients arms are in.

I am spraying slightly off the body as taught and am getting client to stand with arms away from body elbows bent and hands facing the floor. I am wondering if my last 2 clients have turned their elbows outwards too much so I have missed spraying the insides?

I know it's hard to picture what Im saying but could anyone advise please what I may be doing wrong.

Thankyou
AJ x

It may be that you are putting too much barrier cream down the inside of the arm, i personally don't do this. I only put a little bit barrier cream on areas that are very dry to prevent them from going too dark. (knees, elbows etc).

If you think you have missed that area completely, next time just make sure you do go over and see if that makes a difference. I'm not sure what your routine is like but i get the client to stand to the side and hold their arm out palm facing up and spray the inside of the arm that way making sure i come off in a Y shape at the wrists holding the gun slightly further away so the mist is a tad lighter. You can put a barrier cream on the palms of the hands to ensure you don't cover them with tan until you feel confidant at it.
