Trouble is when you incorrectly fold down these tents and bend the framework it remembers it and that's why it doesn't stay strait.

Depending on which particular tent you have(some have the upright framework bars with two bars and these can get twisted...run your hand around the frame work and see if you can feel where they may have twisted)

In general terms you can, with some playing about bend the bars and get it to stand strait...if you achieve this make sure that when you first next fold it down that you fold it correctly so the framework "remembers" which way to fold when you subsequently pack it away after each future use.

HTH

the steel that the tents are made from has a memory and depending on wich way it was drawn from the coil it will either fold one way or the other some times they twist inside the material and you need to lie them flat and run the palm of your hand along the outer rims to flatten/untwist the spring steel pop up mechanism
there has been a lot of poor quality tents flooding the market lately we were sent a sample but decided to stick with the original british supplier as though they look the same in pictures the quality is very poor indeed, If you are a mobile therapist the quality of your pop up cubicle should be of the up most importance as the last thing you want is to be let down at a clients home and having to squeeze a 7ft cubicle into a mini cooper :lol: hth

heres the other way try them both but dont force the bands !! The best tent is the S T C one without doubt...... but it dont come cheap!!
Dawns demo tent has been up and down 100s of times possibly thousands and always folds the same way
we were sent a sample copy tent (that was a quarter of the price to buy for us:lol::lol: ) and it went in the bin after a week :irked::irked:
it really is a case of you get what you pay for with cubicles we couldnt give ours away with 2 litres :lol:
we would be bankrupt in a month look for the CE label when picking a cubicle and the STC worcester lable as this proves that the unit has been tested for fire resistance and is up to european standards HTH
