currently I use salon services and Ellisons but I think they are both fairly expensive for the products you receive does anyone know the best places to buy acrylic and gel polish (shellac and hard gel) also things like cluster lashes and tint

If it is CND Shellac then the only authorised distributors are Ellisons and Sweet Squared and their partners. The price is already very reasonable, but if you check just now there is an offer on reducing the price whilst stocks last.

I use capital hair and beauty for all my beauty things including cluster lashes apart from individual lashes from a different supplier and use s2 for all things nails x
