May some please tell me if the qualification you recieve after completing the sweet Squared foundation course entitles you to get insurance and start out correctly? Or do i need an NVQ? or is it the same lol? Help lol

The easiest way to find out is to check with your chosen insurance company. They will be able to tell you which of the myriad courses are accredited.

You will receive an industry recognised certificate and world class education. No problem with insurance that I have ever found.
