Hey guys.
Ive just done Sweetie Canes.....(Liquorise All Sorts)
And it was my first time using these, and on natural nails, WOW the client was very pleased, and I was like a kid in toy shop, SOOOOO pleased with myself when the client had left:lol::lol:
will send picys later :) xx

Please excuse my ignorance, but what are sweetie canes, lol? I guess they are to do with nail art, but how/what do they do. I would love to know, but feel sooooo silly asking:o:o

Hiya huni :)
well im not very good at explaining:confused:
hmmmm ....so I will do my best.. here goes...........they are for nail art,
if you ever want to look for any, I just typed in Fimo Clay canes and loads of designs came up, I wanted the all hehehe..

you can buy them already sliced but Ive found them abit thick,
so I brought them whole and sliced them myself, with a Sharp cutting blade, very time consuming:rolleyes: you do seem to get more when you slice them yourself.
There are alot of threads on here about canes and some fab pictures, have a look huni,
Im still learning,so I hope Im as good one day as these fab geeks hehehe:lol:
I was told by a Geek on here, how to do them on natural nails, so I gave them ago :) client was happy xx:)

Ooooo Im off to have a look, thank you xx

Ceramic nail canes are really popular at the moment :)

And summer is perfect season for making those crazy - fruity - party designs!

they certainly are popular soo many designs available aswell x

how would you do them on a natural nail ? Would a clear coat be strong enough to hold them x

hiya chicks :)
well I asked i regular geekie hehehe she mentioned just using a tiny bit of resin, then a couple of top coats, my client still got them on, I was just worry,
I hope they stay on ETC ETC,
Client never wears rubber gloves etc and hasnt lost any yet,so it works yahhhh
I m such a worryier...I fine when doing my clients,
its when they have left i need to build up more confidents and STOP WORRYING......:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
