I trained with Tantrick last year and bought various different solutions, consultations card etc. Now i don't know about everybody else but i still have quite alot of there solution left due to not having many clients.
I ordered some free flyers from there website and the owner had emailed me saying because i haven't ordered anything from them since May last year i obviously weren't using there solution therefore not going to send out flyers. Last time i bought solution was from the lady who trained me so i am now waiting for her to confirm that i bought from her salon.
All i want is to promote my buisness with there flyers because it's there solution that i am using, if i was using different solution surely to god i would get flyers for different solution!
Driving me mad!

Think i'll switch company heard siennax are fantastic with customer service.
There are a couple of angles here that I would like to put forward which I think is relevant and worthwhile mentioning on this thread.
We have had to clamp down somewhat on the issuing of free marketing materials not so much from the perspective of cost,however that does come into it a tad ,but more so from being abused by numerous unscrupulous therapists who have ordered bucket loads of free posters and flyer's to promote there spray tanning buisness...on checking the customer out we have learned that they have been taking our free stuff to promote there buisness...which is what they are for...however they are using a competing brand of solution and have never purchased drop of our solution
The problem here is that if this solution is perhaps not up to the standards of our solution which the consumer believes to be Tantrick and if they are not happy with the tan outcome well this is not right and most certainly not good for our brand....let alone the salon down the road who is using Tantrick
Im not suggesting for one moment that you fit into this category whatsoever however in your specific case there is another problem to consider.
Having done your training sometime last March you purchased 500ml 8% and 500ml 10% and we even gave you a free retail pamper pack....since then you have only ordered free marketing material.
Now the problem here is that you presumably opened the solution when you purchased it ....once opened it only has a 6 month shelf life.
So by asking for more free flyer's and not ordering solution we can only assume you will use your old solution which,by now is not at its best.
So you will promote away and then spray customers with this solution which may not turn out as it should.
This therefore will lead the consumer,if not happy with the tan outcome to think badly of the brand we have worked so hard to achieve and effectively helped you to promote with our free flyer's etc.
Our policy is that if you are a Tantrick customer,and using our solution regularly...then by all means you can have free marketing material when you order solution with us...there is no real limit to the amount of flyer's you can take...the more the merrier I say :hug:.
All we ask is that given that we are more than happy and willing to assist you to grow your business,,,,(because if you do with our help you will consume more solution...therefore both parties in this relationship win)....back to the all we ask bit...is that by taking our free stuff as is your right as a customer of ours to do ... please please treat us and our brand fairly.
