Does anyone know how long it normaly takes for some one to get back to you from Tantrick??

I rang on Thurs, Fri & Sat to buy a kit and to arrange some training and each time got told some one will call me back....

Still waiting!

Dont wanna ring back AGAIN cos i am doing my own head in never mind theirs!

H,i well I rang them months ago to ask for the nearest salon/therapist who uses tantrick and.....I am still waiting for them to call back with the info!!
Customer service seems pretty shoddy 'tho the product is meant to be amazing hense the reason I was trying to be sprayed with it!Good luck!!:hug:

Well they seamed a bit P'd off with me on Sat when i rang, as if to say 'her again' hahaha...

Think i am gonna give it till the end of the week and ring them back. I want to be trained before xmas.

I mailed them for training advice too a good few months back after raving reviews of their product. Guess what...not a ****y bird since. Maybe a tantrick specialist on the site can feed this back through appropriate channels.

I know it is no excuse over the long term problems but were they at Gmex this week? Cant remember seeing them but am sure they were on the exhibitor list.

Mandy is on here, do a search for 'spray-2-go' she's lovely and really helpfull.

My Kit should come with in 2weeks... eeeeeeeeeeee am git excited.

Hope i get my training before xmas.

Hi all!!

I can not rave enough about how fantastic their product is!

I have been using them for a couple of years now & my clients go crazy over the tans!

To be honest tho, when I was researching, it took forever for them to get back to me. I just felt like I had been forgotten

The only time I have contact from them is when I call to place an order which I have to say normally arrives the next day so 10/10 there.

I wish I would be kept up to date more on their offers & products tho.

I called about 6 weeks ago to enquire about other products they do & as of yet, my call hasnt been returned.

They are always lovely when I talk to them & as I said before, their product is fantastic.

Just a quick note to let you know we are experiencing some comms trouble at the moment in the Tantrick office which we are trying to resolve asap and really do apologise to anyone who has been having difficulty in trying to get hold of us recently. We have always tried our very best to respond to anyones queries without delay and so this is a temporary hitch which will be sorted soon :lol:

Got to say, Tantrick is one of the speediest and most efficient companies I have dealt with to date (no I don't work for them!!) ... their customer service is second to none. Hang on in there!
