Hi - just wondered if any of you bridal or special occasion makeup artists normally cleanse tone and moisturise your clients before providing the makeup service or do you normally expect a face ready to go!! I wasn't sure if this should be part of the service. I haven't been on a formal skin care and facial course, but i did touch upon it briefly during my course. If you can let me know that would be great. thanks

i always cleanse tone and moisturise to get a great base for make up x

thanks for that - i thought that was the usual x

I ask the client to CTM before the appointment and thenif necessary I will moisturise again. If I were to do it all then I would increase my prices.

Im same as debs, ask them to do it before i arrive otherwise time and prices etc x

..........thanks girls -x

I would cleanse tone and moisturise to make sure you have a good base with the products you use. And make sure you dont use too much moisturiser as your foundation will streak. HTH :)
