Why does Top Coat fade and loses its shine on toes after some time?

Lots of reasons

Incorrect cure - Incorrect lamp
Poor quality product - poor uv protection ingredients
Wear and tear- clients footwear/socks rubbing - especially gym/runners/etc.
Suntan protection can dull topcoat
Insect repellant can dull topcoat
Some body lotions can dull topcoat

If you can rule out product/lamp match, then you'll need to question your client. If it happens on everyone it product. Just one client then it's something specific to them

Thanks. What about OPI Top Coat (not the gel like product)? Should not happen as good quality? Well, certainly made for professionals and price is according.

Normal polish? Could be lots of things, again, wear and tear, shoes, socks rubbing.

Chemicals - body lotions, etc.

Making sure it's fully dry before letting the client leave
