Uterine fibroids?

Hi there ,
Ive recently unfortunately been diagnosed with a fibroids :sad: ,Im feeling really disheartened at the moment as my belly is looking like Im three months pregnant and I hate it.
Im currently on a waiting list to have a hysteroscopy and biopsy.
Has anybody else had this before please and wondered how you got through it and came out the other end .
Im currently taking Norethisterone twice a day which apparently causes bloating and weight gain too .

Hi, I haven't had any experience of fibroids but if it's any reassurance to you, I've had 3 courses of Norethisterone in the past (4 times a day for 3 weeks each course) and I didn't have any bloating or weight gain. I hope you get sorted soon!
