Very damaged blonde hair - unhappy customer

Hiya,

Just wanted some advice about a customer we have. She has very damaged bleached hair, and had been an almost white blonde for a while. We refused to do more bleach (to make all over white blonde) and she wants to go brown. Obviously the hair is now too porous.....and we're fighting a battle to get her happy with an all over colour.

We know what we are going to try, but was just wondering what you have tried in the past in this situation?

My hair was like very porus so had quasis and refreshed for every 4 weeks at first it faded so quick but kept sticking it out till 4 week mark now my hair holds it for at least 6weeks x

And beleive me my hair so uneven it was unbeliavble lol and the quasi made it appear very even at the time i had copper as the bleach had left a orange tone i am now back natural brown still a quasi though x
