Very stubborn white strands of hair

Hi geeks,

Have a client base 6 with a few white hairs around root area.

Long story short, was very blonde used quasi 8.32 for 2months, then changed to 7.23 permanent first used 20vol never covered white hair, then following time used 10 vol still never covered,

Do you recommend applying peroxide before colouring?

I'm using affinage

3/4 7,23, 1/4 7,1 and equal part of 10 vol, not 1:1.5 x
