Several companies make Jasmine Oil, which in most cases is a scented mineral oil.
Companies that I know currently have a prewax oil available are Perron Rigot, Berins (Berodin in the USA), Lycon along with Clean and Easy. The C&E one I have seen available in my local Capital wholesaler.
