Waxing over a scar?

I have had a client contact me regarding waxing her legs. She has advised me she has a large scar, which is over a year old. I can't remember if I should go around the scar or if over 6mo it's ok? :a brains gone blank x

I think of is been a year you'll be fine, maybe use hot wax over that area if you feel unsure or if it looks weak when you see it
