Hi all,

I'm looking for some feedback on my website, I'm getting loads of hits but hardly any phone calls. Is there something I'm missing that's off putting. Its really frustrating...Please be as critical as you need to be, don't worry about being kind. Ta muchly

Nice looking website.

I think though that the '£35 per hour' idea may be what is putting people off. It seems a little expensive. I think people would prefer to know what they are going to pay for each individual treatment irrespective of how long it will take.

I wonder if others will agree with me.

I have to agree, although I don't know what prices are like in London, but looking at your allocated times that would mean a bikini wax would cost the same as a 1/2 leg wax.

I think it would be easier just to write the individual prices down as that means they won't have to work it all out themselves and you could keep the minimum spend to £35.

The site is lovely, very easy to read and find your way about.

Good luck x

I agree too.....you have manicures on your service list...would this be £35 and take 1 hour....??? i would scrap the £35 per hour and have separate prices for each service.

Hi,

Your site is very clean, well designed and informative. Personally I agree with the previous comments about the visability of your pricing structure. If you are having plenty of hits then It could purely be the price aspect that is preventing the viewers call to action.

Other than that It's a very well constructed site, sadly I'm in a position to judge....websites represent the biggest (but definitely not the most interesting) part of my life!

I think it's pretty fair to say it is the £35 per hour that is putting potential customers off and as said above I think you would be better off putting the individual treatment prices

I think your minimum treatment time of one hour, or possibly adding a minimum call-out price will help avoid being called out just for small, quick and inexpensive treatments if you are worried about that aspect

Great website by the way, nice colours etc

Hmmmmm, thanks guys, I'll take that on board and see if I can actually get some bookings!

I think the price per hour is pretty fair for London though! Some companies charge £65 per hour! I thought the fact that people can mix and match or share their hour with a friend (so the price can be reduced effectively) would draw people in.

I think I need a minimum spend because otherwise I'll just be putting all of my profit into my petrol tank! Traffic is a nightmare unless its school holidays then it eases a bit.

OK, I'm getting to work restructuring my prices, thanks for your time and feedback.

Hi

I have to agree with above posts. Not being able to see the prices but yet expected to pay £35 ph for something.

Other than that I must say I like the look of your site, the colour scheme is lovely and it does come across as very professional. Looking at it from a client perspective, I would definately book with you if the prices where on show for the treatments.

hth

I like your site. Very clean looking and user friendly! Best of luck! :)

Nice site.

The only thing I would say is that when you click on 'service' and 'mens grooming' it brings up a blank page. I think you should pop some details in them and include links to the drop downs on the buttons.

Hi, ialso agree with what's already been said but i found the grey text difficult to read. All the other colours are clear and fresh looking then the text is a bit dull. Sorry:hug:

I know what you mean about the text, but I can't seem to change the colour without changing the whole template :irked:.

I will add in something into those pages, I just feel like I'm repeating myself. I'll have a play...thanks guys :green:

Very nice site. Having a new site will drive people to have a look once or twice but after that it loses it's appeal, so to keep them looking try adding monthly promotions.
