Wella colour help, root glow with 55.65

I have a client next week who has coloured her hair herself about level 5 with red purple tones...
Naturally she's about a level 7

She has coloured it herself with kp 55.65 and 6% and now has 1inch of root glow..

I work from home on my own and would like some advice how to make the ends a bit more vibrant and tone down the root glow.

I'm thinking colour touch 5.0 on the roots
And maybe 55.65 to the ends.. Although the ends seem quite dark ??

Hi. I work at home too so someone in a salon might have another idea. But I would 5/0 on the root & then for the ends could you do 55/65 with 4% rather than 1.9% X

I know what you mean, that's what I would do anyway but I would put the mid lengths and ends on first and then the root so the root doesn't go really dark X
