Opinions please. What do you think of your berins double wax heaters?

There are mixed reviews on babyliss so i'm steering clear. Also, do you think i should forget double heaters all together and have two pots or do they take up too much room?

I'm asking because it is time to invest in some hot wax! Until now i've only used warm wax, though i have trained in hot wax.

Sorry for the essay. Any help would be appreciated, thanks xxx

Hive have just bought out a double heater. One side is for 1000cc and the other 500cc.
If you do a lot of waxing then you really could do with a 1000cc for your strip wax.
I currently have 2 1000cc hive wax pots but i will be getting one of these new heaters as the 500cc will be great for non-strip wax as i can just add the wax beads as and when i need them.
I think the Berins one is 2 500cc heaters and is very expensive!

I dont have one of these so cant comment but two seperate heaters would always be handy as should one have a problem you always have the other as a back up.

Thanks for your quick replies.

Angelina i hadn't heard about that one but i'm definitely going to have a look right now. My current pot is a Hive and i'v had it for years, so i know they work well. Thankyou xxx

The Berins double heater is no longer available so hopefully that answers your first query.
There are many good heaters out there..the Hive one will do as good a job as any
HTH

Does anyone know why the Perron Rigot heater is also eyewateringly expensive?

Lol, thanks Collin. How come?

I've had a look at the Hive one Angelina was talking about and the idea of the 1000cc for the soft wax and the 500cc for the hard wax sounds perfect for me. It only came out in June and is out of stock already though so i'll have to wait.

Sorry Calla, i have no idea why they cost so much but you'd think for that price they could throw in a box of tissues to wipe your eyes with eh?

Cheers Collin, thats really good to know. Its great that you are so conscientious about what you're selling. I'll be getting some wax off you soon so i'll know that i'm getting my money's worth xx

Well its difficult to sleep at night unless you conduct business the right way and look after the best interests of customers

I don't know and I agree.

I've found one that I like the look of but it's in the final stages of design. It's two 1000cc heaters which are independent, so if one breaks, the other one is still fine. It also has space for spats and strips at the back. Not sure on the price yet but nowehere near the usual cost for double heaters of this standard. xxx

Sounds interesting Kim... do you know when approximately they are being launched?
