Hi a few days ago I posted on here asking if my lashes should look like this and be poking my eyes etc. Well I've managed to get a few pics of them and put them into an album in my profile.
Please take a look and let me know what you professionals think.
I'm going back to the salon tomorrow what should I say? I rang and explained what the problems are and they're having a different tech put some more on free of charge (I hope!)
Thanks xxx

well I dont do lashes but they dont look very good to me!!!!!!! but as I said I dont do them have tried at college and dont think mine look as good as that yet lol so you can tell how bad I am at the moment lol

Youre right they don't look very good to me either but hey you know more than me I think I was just a practice model only without knowing and paid full whack lol
Thanks for your comments any more welcomed xxx

Oh dear they don't look good at all, I have just trained with Glam Lash, I know its a different system but my first practice looked better than this. They look so uncomfortable:hug:. I hope you get what you want tomorrow as I know a lot of people on here love the Blink and Go and I'm sure when applied correctly they will be lovley. Let us know how you get on tomorrow.

Annie

Thanks Annie I'll let you know how I get on.

wow, these are pretty bad, from the pictures they look as though they have been poorly applied and have clumped thogether

You have a few gaps to be filled but i would suggest asking them to seperate the others

good luck xx

Hi Yes theyre reallyclumpy and the last time she put them on they were the same. Theyre taking them off totally and putting new ones on but a different girl is doing them thank God!
They must be bad with all these comments, I feel a bit angry at the salon now!
Thanks again xxx

try not to be angry, ask the technician whats happened. Hopefully they will sort them and u will b very happy x

oh my word they should not look like that xx

Blimey:eek::eek::eek:

Do they feel sore?

Hey I can tell you for a fact they should not look like that, make sure you get them all taken off an they don't just try to fill in the gaps, the lashes are all over the place an the glue as completely clumped together. Although blink and go is a different system it is still individual lashes that are applied an the end result shout be much fuller an nice an feathered out, these lashes look very painful. I really hope you get a better result next time. Please let me know how u get on an do not pay for the next set.

Oh my goodness! your lashes should'nt look like that:eek:. I think they should remove them correctly and start again, but I hope they look better than this set you have, they look far too long and are obviously badly applied! Good luck x

oooohhh they dont look too hot, maybe go and discuss the problem with the therapist and she can sort it for you x

I have to say that I was totally shocked by the look of your pics, but I also have to say that I know someone else who has these lashes on and when i looked at hers i didnt like the look of them either, they look a bit like yours which are all clumped together like that.

I carry out hollywood lashes in my salon and they look nothing like this when ive done a set. (Hollywood is a different application than the blink and go lashes)

Hey I do blink an go an they do not look anything like those lashes an when I was trained, the outlook was nothing like that either, real shame because blink an go are good an can look brill. x

ouch, i hope u didnt lose too many of your own, and u get a free lot next time

Guys thanks so much for your input! I wont feel like I dont know what Im talking about when I go in tomorrow now, I can safely say they are very bad lashes, I wonder if the tech actully is practiceing on me and maybe others? I know she is new to the salon cos it says so on the website. Well I will deffo let you all know what happens tomorrow xxx

Oh sorry I forgot to say, yes they are quite sore especially when the top lashes (the ones that are lower down the lashes than the rest) get caught in my natural lower lashes and fuse my eyes closed, I have to look a certain way and blink a few times to get them apart.
Can I also ask, you know when you have them removed (Ive only had it done once) should it make your eyes sting so bad you cant open them and the tech has to go get some kind of solution to squirt in your eyes? Cos thats what happened and also I was left with really blurred vision for the rest of the day, so much so I didnt feel safe to drive so didn't bother.
Is this normal?
Thanks so much guys you have helped me so much xxx

No no no the remover should never sting your eyes, which is why it's vitally important to keep ur eyes closed at all times, the solution squirted in ur eyes is saline because remover has gotton into ur eyes, I once got remover in my eye (my fault) an I can sympathise with u coz it hurt like hell. When getting them removed the tech should placed cotton swabs dampened with water under each eye and then ask u to close ur eyes an keep them shut, sounds like a bit of impatience an too much remover.
X

The trouble is, as with any chemical around the eye, (as lash remover is) it can make the eyes sore or have a reaction. The liquid the tech squirted in your eyes was probably eye wash. This would be used to flush the eyes and stop them stinging. You poor thing, you have certainly drawn the short straw with this experience! If you have a reaction to the remover, have you considered trying the "conventional" method of lash extensions? These do not have to be removed after two weeks so you wouldnt have to have that aswell. Just something to consider when you go to the salon tomorrow xx
