What do you use the internet for?

I have the laptop on from roughly 9 until 6 every day.

In between Geeking, I use the online banking...look at products for the salon... read baby forums.. play games like Cluedo thanks to Tsia :lol: ....I look at what I am going to buy and I have Ebay open all day too.

I could not be without the internet.

What do you all use it for, meaning, which sites do you visit daily... apart from the Geek site?

Could you be without it?

I couldnt live without my pc or mobile phone........i mainly use my pc for geeking,emailing friends,and ebay and at the moment instead of walking round all the shops i look for chrimbo pressie ideas...........

no.. defin CAN NOT be without my computer...!!

i had a problem with my internet provider about a year ago and i was disconnected for 2 weeks.. what a nightmare 2 weeks that was.....!! it was during that time that i finally come to realise that i am very dependent on my computer... without it.. i cant seem to function properly....

i use it to geek... banking... checking various accounts.. shopping.. chit chat.. email... everything... and its also very important to me that i can access information when and as i need to.....

computer and the internet are a very good inventions.. they make our lives so much easier.. but then again if you look at it the other way - its quite sad.... cos we no longer make the effort and to go out and socialise.. instead we sit on our bums all day chatting away to a bloody screen...!!:lol: :lol:

Ummmmm I'm sure there's loads of other stuff, but can't think at the moment lol


My pc is always on... if I'm not sitting at it, I'm burning a disc and making a movie or whatever.. It's always on LOL

Couldn't be without it now at first wasn't that bothered about computs but my hubbies got me addicted plus wouldn't have become a geek other wise, so its all goood now!! Have 2 computs now though as it was a contant fight!!!:lol:

I use it for everything but get frustrated easily if I find a hard page to navigate around.
I have not registered with online banking as I dont trust it but I do have paypal which is so easy.

On my faves I have stored hotmail sign in page, paypal, ebay, nail geek (salon geek even) google, google maps, BB, XFactor (sad I know) Premium bond winners check, friend reunited, cluedo, yell.com, and a few other bits and bobs.. :lol:
Half of it I dont even use anymore really!! LOL :lol:
