I know its a long way of for me but i would like to know what you have to do or what it takes to become a CND trainer as in very long term future this is something i would love to do.

Are you chosen by CND or do you apply yourself?

CND select potential Education Ambassadors from those who have completed all levels of CND Education.
Once you have completed the Master Artist program you can make your educational aspirations known to your Educator and continue to demonstrate high quality skill and customer service.
Keeping up to date with new products and systems is important too. Be the first one through the door when a new product is launched!

I have been thinking about this myself aswell lately... I got asked a few times by the cnd educators here in Sweden to whome i held a few decoration and 3d courses if i wouldn´t be interested to join. I was going to go and talk further about since i needed to learn a bit more here and there but then i hit some problems allong the road privatly which made everything fall still.

It takes the right personality
the right motivation
high level of skill with every system
5 minimum years salon expeience
the need for a CND educator in your area
Then speak to Mrs Geek and start the process

I'd LOVE to one day become an educator for CND,
Their passion spreads out to so many people,
I had thought about it a few times before but thought noooo I'd never be able to do that,
I often doubt my own ability though its common knowledge on here :green::smack:

But after the 'EVENT' last year I watched all the ladies and gents who proudly stand and represent CND and thought to myself omg yes !!
I would love to do this,
I know I need to work to a high standard myself first, then to pass this on to other people and help them the way I have been helped would be amazing.
The educators do a fantastic job and to see them all together...the atmosphere in that room was buzzing.

I think if there is something you would truly love to do, then you work your way to get it hunny ,
I have give myself a good goal to work towards for when my children are old enough to take care of themselves,
this gives me enough time to be educated myself, and gain plenty of experience in the industry I hope, to understand many situations.

Now its out in the open lol no going back !!!!!

'Tonight Matthew...I would like to be........... A CND EDUCATOR' :green:
(awww blimey....what was that programme called ???? tonight Matthew.... then it was Cat deeley instead...arrghhhh what was it ???)

I think the 5 yers experience is not a rule for everywhere in the world, here in Denmark some of the ambassadors only had 1 1/2 years experience, from they first started doing nails.
So guess it depends on where you live, but it's surely a great thing to achieve.
