My konad kit arrived!!! So this is my first attempt .

I took photos in natural daylight and other under a lamp.

I used BarryM silver foil effects polish (recommended by some geeks on konad thread) it's over shellac rock royalty. Love, love, love!!!

I just posted a long bloomin post quoting the reply to mine but deleted as dont want to cause any grief on here

Basicly the leaves are done in the same principle as the flowers but I prefere to do this on a tile rather than directly on a nail so I can guide my flower shape in colour.
Makes me chuckle that no one has said anything about the colours being mixed in the marbling of the flowers, some of that is very mixed too

Either way I've been doing these flowers and leaves this way for a year using both shellac and regular varnish (obv not together) and this is what works for me.
