Last one is layered, midnight caller, hot rod red and Vegas nights. Makes a lovely pinky/plum colour x

Paint Cremepuff & then burnish in neon pigments

How do you make the shellac neon?

By purchasing neon powders and patting them into the sticky layer of the cured UV colour coat. Gently brush off the excess before using your topcoat.
