What should the salon provide?

Hi

I'm thinking of taking on a girl on a 60/40 split in her favour. She is providing her own hair colours etc, I am providing the building, mirrors basin bills etc.

What DON'T the salon provide? Towels, laundry etc

I think that really comes down to how you have worked out your figures. If you are gonna start washing her towels etc have you covered for that in your costings ?

I take on my stylist 60/40 to them and I provide products. That's for senior stylists anyway x
