Hey was just wondering what treatments we treat ourselfs to? I have massage and have had indian head massage I also see a chiropractor. I have had reflexology too and loved it!!!! I would much rather spemd money on a nice relaxing quality treatment than other stuff!!! Its my treat to myself! If I could afford it I would definatly have a massage every week!!!! What do you guys have and enjoy the most:hug:

i get my nails done every two weeks, a facial every month at a salon...back and foot massage once a week (my partner gives me)

I:

Do my own nails (usually l&p but I've got gel on right now)
Do my own Hollywood toes
I get my hair coloured
I have pretty much everything from the neck down waxed:lol:

I try and have a pedicure every now and then, I love my feet being played with and a love my nails looking pretty (they are a very attractive burgundy at the moment).

I enjoy having a facial too.

considering my main job is massage, I don't really enjoy a massage, I get bored after about 10 minutes!!!

I get my hair trimmed every 4-5 weeks but only occassionally pay extra to get it blow dried (I dont like the way its done).

I have my hair cut and coloured every 4 weeks.
Infils on nails every 2-3 weeks. Gel infil on toes every so often.
30 min Back massage once a week.
Waxing every 4 weeks.

I occasionly get something else done when time allows for it! - facial, reflexology, wrap are my fave treats.

I do my own nails and toes
get my hair cut every 6 weeks and colour touched up every 3 months
waxed every 4 to 5 weeks (just started)
occasional something that mus'nt be mentioned put in my listening devices..lol
and hoping to have crystal healing soon ..x

Apart from nails, I loooove being waxed. I despise shaving from the very core of my existence! I used to trade pedicures for massages, but I haven't found anyone with whom to do this in the UK. =)

I have a pedicure and my underarms waxed every three weeks
See a chiropodist every 8 weeks (problematic toe :( )
Have my hair trimmed every 5 weeks
I have a back massage once in a while.. would like more but just don't have the time at the moment.

I trade with a hairdresser friend who cuts my hair every two weeks.
I also trade with another hairdresser friend who colours my hair every month or so.
Every now and then I get a back massage, but I struggle to find anyone harsh enough to make a difference.
I do my own Brazilian
I do my own acrylic nails (although I am in the process of growing my own)
and last but not least my man does a great foot massage on me pretty much every other night :)

My most frequent treatments are a full body wax every 6 weeks on average, and eyelash/eyebrow tinting and an eyebrow shape, usually every 4 weeks or so.

Other treatments I've had are manicure/pedicure, facial electrolysis and sunless tanning.

I have reflexology once a month, I trade a massage for a massage once a month, hair cut once every 2 months and chiropractor every 3 months. Everything else I do myself (sadly!)

I do my own nails as & when needed, but hate doing my own feet as I end up aching after having my leg bent upwards to see my toes!
I get my hair cut & coloured every 6 weeks.
I should start looking after myself better but I wouldnt know where to go or have what done!

I go to the chiropodist around 4 times a year (although this is more of a torture than a treat).
I get my hair done every six weeks.
Bikini line waxed monthly.
Dermalogica facial every 3 months or so
I do my own eyebrow waxing, spray tanning, exfoliation treatment, nail enhancements and pedicures.
I generally go for a massage once or twice a year as I usually get a voucher for xmas or birthday. Same with the floatation tank, I have one or two of those per year as a gift from someone else usually.

Everything bar the massage and floatation I class as 'maintenance' and not actually pampering, which is why whenever I get a voucher I spend it on something thoroughly relaxing.
