To get an an appointment with a Dermatologist will need a referral from your GP, and depending on the GP i very much doubt they will refer to one for this issue. GP should maybe prescribe some anti fungal topical therapy, or if this doesnt work a systemic therapy. But i would think only in more severe cases.
