Where would I find a portable face cradle?

My face cradle attachment for my treatment couch has just broke, the couch is only 6 months old. I have tried to contact the company, but the phone number does not work. They have either have moved premises or gone bust, one or the two.
I dont have a web address, either, so stuck!!!

Can anyone help, to put me in the right direction for purchasing another? Thanks.
