I just emailed groupon I willlet you know how long they take to get back to me!
I said in my email that If they don't respond to me within 5 working days I will be going to trading standards.
Will keep you posted.
Ringing them is probably quicker but I was queuing for about 20 minutes. It was a total waste of time as apparently her 'manager is looking into it' and they claim they'll call me back.
But at the moment, they want me to return it before they'll refund me, but neither they nor I have any return address!
Surely, as this is in breach of trading standards as well, i should not have to cover the expense of the return? I feel so conned.
