One of my regualr clients came in today for a buff and polish and I replaced 2 of her nails. The acrylic would not set up properly....it was rubbery. I did the same things I always do and never have problems. I had to soak them off and start over. I changed my monomer, used new powder...

This is our receptionist toes that I did a pedi on today. She is the best advertisment and will show EVERYONE her toes :D. The base color is a lavender which isnt visable in the pic. Check out that little toe......WOW :!:

I have a new client who likes her acrylic nails so short they dont even come to the end of the finger, I think to myself why bother, then she says can you make them rounder....yuck, but gosh they are so short I can hardly shape them at all. :rolleyes:

Is it normal for there to be a thin film of acrylic under the free edge of the natural nail when doing a sculpted nail :?: This makes me crazy to feel the ledge under the nail. :twisted:

Can you all give me some ideas on how you pinch in your c curves......like do you use a dowel stick for a form and how do you know when the acrylic is ready?
