I've been getting laser vein treatment on broken veins on my cheeks and my course of treatment ended a couple of months ago. I've noticed that they are coming back. Not as bad as they were but still. Is this just something that I'll just need to live with? Any comments or advice appreciated x

As title says I've done my course and doing my case studies before exam. It's a file off gel. Already I've damaged one of my own nails through incorrectly filing it off and I'm a bit wary of doing this to others. When do you know when to switch to softer file/buffer?

So I recently did a gel nail extension course and am not comfortable with having to file off as opposed to soak off. How do I know I'm not causing lots of damage to the natural nail? Is it possible to soak them off? Many thanks x

I saw a client for a shellac removal this morning and when I removed the shellac quite a few of her nails had lots of White spots under the nail. Anyone come across this? I know she hadn't used solar oil. Thanks in advance x
