I stock both Nouvatan and LA Tan for this very reason. I find a lot of my younger clients prefer the brown tan compared to golden as they believe it to be darker. I have to say I love LA too, its not Orange or fake just a deeper colour compared to Nouvatan. Hth x

I haven't used any with a clear guide colour but know they are available to buy. I think if you have a search their are some older threads referring to clear guide colours. Personally I don't really see the point in them for bridal only really for people with sensitivity to bronzing...

I think it depends on your place in the market. My clients are fairly price & time sensitive so would not pay more for essentially the same treatment that takes longer to complete. Celeb's are in a different league, wouldn't mind some off their business though. If it would make me more money...

I just don't see the point in airbrush tanning when their are HVLP's that do a quicker job and offer better economy. The only reason I would use an airbrush for tanning would be for contouring. It just seems a little out dated tbh. Just my opinion though :)

Nouvatan do a 6% now and you can buy sample bottles. I always use Nouvatan on my bridal clients :)

I advise all clients not to use Dove. It is a nightmare for spray tanners. If used before the tan it creates a barrier on the skin and the tan doesn't take properly, probably due to the moisturisers in the product. If used after a tan it seems to strip it quicker, possibly due to its Ph level...

Personally I would leave it. If she tries to book in again just advise you need a non-refundable deposit. Saves any animosity but will get your point across loud and clear :)

Personally I don't send reminder texts as find this gives them the opening to cancel and move appointments. Cancellations seem to be part of the job though which annoys me! Like we have nothing better to do with our lives and our bills don't need paying!
