    White patches after Shellac removal

No I don't scrape, the shellac lifts off and any left I just help off with an orange wood stick and then use a pad soaked in nourishing remover to get any thing that's left off.

    White patches after Shellac removal

I have found recently on a couple of clients that some of their nails have white patches on them after removal. I have a feeling they aren't applying solar oil between services and this is the cause. I would like to know if you all agree or whether it could be something else. I use the complete...

    Shellac Remove Tubes

Sorry, have now read rest of thread and you answered my question about most of your clients having shellac removed by you.

    Shellac Remove Tubes

Can you explain how they give you a bigger profit margin on the service? If they are returning to have their shellac redone, surely you would remove it and they wouldnt do it themselves before they see you.or am I wrong?

    Mica vs Additives?

I want to ask, when you mention education for CND additives are you getting this from the CND website or finger fixer? The reason I ask is I have tried so many times to register on the CND website to access education etc with no joy.

Problem registering as Pro on CND website

I thought that, but it does allow you to choose UK for the country. However, this could still be why. It would be a shame if we can't use it in the UK , i was interested in the education section.

Problem registering as Pro on CND website

Have tried loads of times to register as a pro on the CND website. But every time I enter my details, it keeps saying my postcode and phone number are invalid! I have tried entering then in everyway I can imagine and not got anywhere. I have emailed CND, but after a week still have not had a...

Hard bits under Shellac, driving me mad!

Bulbs are all ok, checked again yesterday. May base coat is fairly new and the brush looks ok, but will check it. no , small extension lead & lass than a year old. It doesn't happen to all my clients, so it must be something I to do with their nails that I am doing. Thanks for trying to...

Hard bits under Shellac, driving me mad!

Yes, using soapy water. No, putting on a thin layer of base coat. Using CND recommended lamp. yes only curing base for 10 secs. I do really check the nail to ensure previous shellac, especially base coat is all off.

Hard bits under Shellac, driving me mad!

I am finding on some of my clients that I get little hard lumps/bits under the shellac. These are only noticable after I put the first colour coat on and it is really frustrating. I use cuticle away, then a metal cuticle pushie followed by a curette. Shrub fresh etc. I presume its either...
