Hi everyone,

I have just ordered some nobility gel and am loving it, however I have a couple of questions:
I have a client who has really short nail beds, does anyone know if nobility have a masking pink gel to make the nail bed look longer?

When sculpting do I sculpt out the tip on the form with the clear gel and then put the colour on top? and do I have to go over the free edge when sculpting the the tip?

Also do I need to use clear forms? :)

Thanks very much

Hi, 'Angel Fingers' (geek) should be able to advise you on LeChat stuff.

As for sculpting, you have to put gel on the nail and onto the form so that when you remove the form the tip stays in place on the nail edge. HTH's

Ballerina Pink can be used for this purpose.

Nobility is not suitable for sculpting, but can be used with a tip.
For sculpting a free edge, we recommend using Perception Clear gel.

and do I have to go over the free edge when sculpting the the tip?

Yes. When sculpting on a form, you should create the desired length and carry it onto the natural nail.

Also do I need to use clear forms? :)
You do not need to use clear forms with LeChat gels.

Thanks very much

Hi Gelly,

Thanks for that, so is the perception gel that you recommend soak off as I am looking for a soak off gel I can sculpt with, that is cheaper than biosculpture, I don't like tips and find they take too long compared with sculpting.

Cheers Sara

Hi hun,
Perception is a buff off gel.
You would use it to sculpt the free edge and then continue with Nobility.
As the perception is only attached to the free edge - not used to cover zones 2&3 - you will find removal of product pretty much the same as if you had used a tip.

Just wanted to add, that I hated tips too.... I avoided them at all costs  Then I found well less tips! No need to blend.
If you haven't tried well less tips yet - Get some :green: You will love them.

hi

have you used well less with nobility ? also i have had a bit of free edge lifting on my nails, i not sure that this might be because they are really weak think nail, if i need to shape and refine i always use my file at a 90 degree angle to gel is longer than the nail ( creative tip ) do you have any tips ?
