advice on fibreglass nails please

hi all
im new on her and need some advice.
I recently finished my nail training with the edge, i did gel, fibreglass and tip & dip. My first customer had fibreglass extensions done but they have broke so she wants new ones on, but she cant have gel as she's allergic and i dont think tip and dip will be strong enough for her. im sure i did everything right the fibreglass ones but cant understand why they broke so easily. could it have been something i did

Did you reinforce the stress area with a strip of fibre/silk? Maybe you could talk us through your application and it might be easier to help you spot a potential problem.
