i was just pottering around online and came across a course at the carlton institute offering kiss waxing... i'd never heard of it before but i watch the clip that came with it and if it's any good, it may just be the answer to my prayers as a mobile therapist... YouTube - Kiss Wax for Youtube.mov x

i did try this wax not this exact but sugar.... mind you it was when i first started out.... to me. it was very messy yes it washes off but hmmmmm i dont think ile be changing . unless im converted lol xx is a pain keeping wax warm in the car though! someone should come up with an incar adapter for wax pots :o) x

thanks for the heads up:hug:... i did think the application looked a little untidy... and i think the heat from warm wax can help desensitize the area thats about to be waxed but i seen to be forever waiting for it to heat up when i arrive and then spilling it before i return home... grrr  x

Thalgo who do the Perron Rigot wax have tins with lids that fit into a 1000cc wax pot. They are a godsend!! I usually heat it before I leave the house so I'm pretty much good to go when I get there. Also, there was another post on here, can remember who from, they they said to cover the wax pot with a decent quality cling film and then put the lid on. Saves the spilling issue. hth:D

Someone on here has mentioned some sort of in car adaptor thingy before, maybe search it above?

Waxes like these appear every now and then and what is said and what it does are generally two separate things altogether. There have been several pain free waxes in my time in the business, I wonder why we have not all converted to those! It looks hard to remove to me, the noise of the strip and the amount of pull seem quite harsh. :D

you might want to try caron wax as this is microwavable so excellent for mobile waxing with fantastic results

If only this products does as it says on the video it would be great.x

I put a towel on my front seat, put the seat belt through the handle on the wax pot & it stays securely in place, I take it steady driving home but I don't have to worry about the pot tipping over x

I got to say, I tried a similar wax to this when I was younger, before I ever started training. It was a nightmare, hard to spread and really hard to squeeze out the tube in the first place.

It smelt nice though haha ;) x
