Keep your chin up girl and dont let it get you down. I know that is so hard, i have watched my family go through simalir. I had a large lump removed from my cervix 2 weeks ago and am waiting on the dreaded news. Oh well fingers crossed.
Chocolate, I know what it is like waiting for 'that' news, the only advice I can give you is to decide RIGHT now if the results come up with the worst, you WILL fight it and you will win! Think of it like an ex boyfriend you could happily punch in the face every day for the rest of his life!! :lol: I tell you what though, all those people who say the nail business is bitchy and backbiting well.... they clearly haven't met us lot have they! Thanks to everyone for their kind wishes and Sam..... I might take you up on the child loan! :lol: J xxx

My mum did the race for life last year at university college grounds oxford and this year my two girlys Paris (13) and Chanel (10) are joining her. so hoping you get a nice bed!!
- just a note to say i was appalled that last year about 54% of people sponsered in the race actually sent their money in! how bad is that!

I got the all clear today, the lump was just a "lump".
It made me think how brave you are Jo jo. I realise i am very lucky, i admire you even more now.

Hi jo jo, just want to also say my thoughts are with you, i cant say i know how you feel!! but ive had to close calls with the similar thing and only last week had 2 'ok' moles removed they then found a pre-cancerous mole which they also removed and ive just had my stitches out today! the time before that was with my ovaries i had treatment for again some pre-cancerous lumps that they found. So im also sending very high strong good vibes through to you xxxxxxxxx
Thats brilliant news Chocolate!!! We have been mad busy moving house this past week so I've not really had time to stop and think (thankfully!) and am concentrating my energies into nails once more! (it's great therapy!). I have a stinking cold too which is jussst great! it never rains eh! many hugs and once again good news! J xx
Well pepes next wednesday is 'D' day! I've got my consultants appointment through at Bolton Royal Hospital (thats if I ever find it having just moved here!) and I guess they will say whats what then! I'm hoping and praying that it is just a benign lump with no cancerous tendencies! The last one showed no signs in the blood test and it was only after they took it out and showed it to a group of specialists that they all agreed they had took it out in the nik of time as cells were forming so I'm hoping that they will be able to do something about this one without surgery (yeah yeah I'm dillusional!) but it's a possibility and that will mean I can get on and find a new job! I've got a trial at a salon this saturday so crossed fingers for both events! J xx

I am really sorry to hear your news.
My friend Nick is doing the Leeds Marathon this weekend for Cancer research. I've sponsered him £2 per mile, and I know he will complete it because he is a star.
My Aunty is doing the race for life the following weekend, and so I will sponsor her as well.
I hope this helps as I don't have time to do either with my exams coming up. Take loads of care and PM me anytime.
