Brush on powder mascara

I was in Capital this afternoon and one of the ladies in there was talking about eyelash extensions and said she had given up on them as she had found this fab new powder that you brush on your lashes and it gives them instant length and comes off with eye make up remover. Does anyone know what she might be talking about? I have googled it but come up with nothing, she said it contains Basil?:?::?: Thanks.
