Hi
I've been asked to be involved in a charity event where I've been asked to wax a mans head. He's going bold so shaves. I have Lycon manifico hard wax which is better for strong male hair and is less painful. So do you think it will be ok? Hope so as I think it'll be a fun challenge.

Hi Hannah
I tried for a guy once that had cancer and wanted the bit of remaining hair waxed off.
It really doesn't work.
We tried hot wax but that just breaks off the hair and strip wax was just awful!
I really wouldn't recommend it. I thought it would be fine, you know, it's just hair! but obviously the head hair has a really strong follicle and isn't designed to wax. Good luck though, you may find it will work for you. : )

No you can't wax a man's head I'm afraid. If they have the right type of beard you can do that. But hair is unfortunately a no-no.

I've seen a video of someone doing this on you-tube it looked excruciating! Not a good idea!

LOl it might be fun for those that are watching but for the poor guy.no no no and ouch ... best not go there as not really the done thing.

If your looking for a show and if hes up for it maybe just stick to the good old chest or back wax...that aught to still keep people interested
Good luck
