Hiya,
Just wanted to share a quick easy way I made some cheap decorations for my beauty room.
Got some glassware from a car boot sale. Bought some old wooden picture frames from client. Went to rymans and picked up 3 paints at 99p each. Could always use tester pots.
Used one paintbrush to give each frame 2 coats each. Just dolloped paint on frame and spread it about. Only using one paintbrush so it produces interesting colours, and I'm lazy.
Put some paint in a glass, added a bit of water, mixed it with a cotton bud, swilled it around till inside is all coatsd then put leftover in next glass. Put a different colour paint in next glass to produce unique colour, mixed it up and coated again.
Don't worry if mixtures too runny. Can always give that glass a second coat. Just thicken mixture up in second glass.
Popped some napkins in the smaller frames and a bit of material in larger frame.
Voila. All done between clients
